ER47

The error ER47 is the shutdown due to lack of encoder signal from the auger.

The possible causes are:

- Auger jammed (The control unit does not receive the signal from the auger tachometer)

• Set parameter P81 = 3 in the “System Menu / Auger”.
• Clear the error and restart the stove, check the auger speed in the “User Menu / Service / Secondary Information”, if the speed is 0 check the auger.
• Verify the correct operation of the auger through “System Menu / Output Test” and check the wiring.
• Replace the auger gear motor in case of malfunction.

- Faulty control unit

• Set parameter P81 = 3 in the “System Menu / Auger”.
• Clear the error and restart the stove, check the auger speed in the “User Menu / Service / Secondary Information”, if it shows 0 it is likely that the control unit is faulty and must be replaced.
