You are invited to use the Xpare portal (https://www.morettidesign.xpare.it/index.php) in order to identify the correct component installed on the stove or boiler, by consulting the associated serial number.
Each customer has personal access credentials (username and password). If these are not available, they can be requested by sending a message to the email address supportoclienti@morettidesign.it.
How can I check if the order placed on the Xpare portal has been processed?
To ensure that the order has been correctly processed by the responsible office, please consult the “Order History” section of the Xpare portal and verify that the order appears in the list of placed orders.
It is also possible to download a copy in PDF format by selecting the “PDF” button located at the top right of the screen.
