To configure stoves equipped with a WiFi module, it is necessary to download the 4HEAT application, register your credentials, and wait for the confirmation email. Then start the application and follow the step-by-step configuration procedure through the 4HEAT app.
Once registered, select "ADD WIKEY" and follow the steps for configuration within the app.
⚠️ WARNING:
The home WiFi network must be set to 2.4 GHz.
If the network operates only at 5 GHz, the WIKEY will not be able to connect.
The home WiFi password must not exceed 16 characters.
Disable the phone's data connection.
Disable the automatic reconnection to the home WiFi network.
Enable all permissions requested by the app in the phone settings.
Procedure in case of WiFi configuration failure
If the WiFi network does not configure correctly, proceed to reset the emergency display (WIKEY) by following the steps below:
- Press and hold the button marked with the circle for about 8 seconds.
- Press and hold the button marked with the arrow for about 8 seconds.
- After the reset, restart the configuration procedure.
Procedure in case of modem replacement or new WiFi network installation
In the event of modem replacement or configuration of a new WiFi network, it is necessary to remove the device from the application by following the procedure below:
- On the Home screen, locate the device name (set by the customer during installation).
Swipe left on the name until the “Setting” option appears. - Select “Setting” to open a new window, then tap “Delete device”.
- Proceed with the WIKEY device reset:
- Press and hold the button with the circle for about 8 seconds.
- Press and hold the button with the arrow for about 8 seconds.
- Once the reset is complete, restart the configuration procedure.
