The error ER11 is a shutdown due to a malfunction related to the clock and/or the control unit battery.
Actions to take:
- Reset the date and time through the user menu on the remote control. Clear the error and turn the stove back on.
- Replace the battery on the control unit and reset the date and time, then clear the error.
If the error occurs again, the control unit is faulty and must be replaced.
