The error ER09 is the shutdown due to too low system pressure. The error occurs when the water pressure inside the heating system drops below the minimum threshold of 250 mbar.
Possible causes are:
- Low system pressure
Check the pressure value shown in the "Information" section of the user menu (Check the wiring at terminals 43,44,45). Refill the heating system if necessary.
- Faulty pressure transducer
Verify with an external manometer that the pressure detected matches the one read by the transducer. In case of a significant discrepancy, proceed with replacing the transducer.
If the error reappears after refilling the heating system, it is possible that the pressure transducer is faulty. Replace it in case of malfunction.
To temporarily disable the pressure sensor in Aqua stoves, it is necessary to access the system menu, Settings, and change the parameter A14 from 1 (default setting) to 0.
WARNING: the responsibility for any damage to the stove lies with the technician who disabled this safety feature. Moretti Design declines all responsibility for problems caused by third-party interventions.
