ER07

The error ER07 is the shutdown due to lack of encoder signal.

The possible causes are due to a breakage or malfunction of 3 components (flue fan including encoder, encoder cable, control unit):

- Flue fan blocked

Set the parameter P25 = 1 in the “System Menu / Flue Fan”

Check the flue fan speed in the Service menu, if it shows 0 check the flue fan via System Menu / Output Test”. Also check the continuity of the encoder cable.
Please note that the encoder is not a replaceable component: in case of failure, it is necessary to replace the entire flue fan.

- Control unit faulty
 

If the fan and the encoder cable have been replaced and the ER07 error persists, also replace the control unit. 
Clear the error and turn the stove back on, check the speed in the Service menu, if it shows 0 it is likely that the control unit is faulty and must be replaced.
