What are the waiting times for obtaining a spare part?

All our Technical Assistance Centers (TAC) must have spare parts available for replacement.

However, if it is not immediately available at the TAC, the TAC itself will forward the request to us, and we will ship it within 24-48 hours to the Technical Assistance Center in question.
