The ER18 error indicates shutdown caused by a pellet level sensor that is uncovered or malfunctioning.

Actions to take:

• Clear the error and restart the stove
• If the error recurs, check the wiring (The pellet level sensor should be connected with the black wire to terminal 59, brown to 58, red to 43).
• Check the proper functioning of the pellet level sensor (cover the sensor with your hand and check if the LED light turns green). Make sure the sensor is not tightened excessively to prevent possible breakage.
• Replace the sensor if it is malfunctioning.
