The error ER25 indicates a shutdown due to a malfunction of the brazier cleaning system.
Actions to be taken:
At the mechanical level
• Clear the error and check if there are any foreign objects obstructing the movement of the brazier base during the automatic cleaning phase. Also verify that the system slides correctly and that there are no misalignments.
At the electrical level
• Check the operation of the microswitch that controls the rotations of the geared motor.
Verify:
- the wiring of the microswitch (it must be connected to fastons 11 and 12 and to terminals 48 and 49 on the control board).
- Continuity can be checked with a tester or through the Service menu, in the Secondary Information section, by checking the IN8 value. If the microswitch works correctly, the value will change from 0 to 1 (and vice versa) when pressed and released.
- that the microswitch is properly pressed throughout the entire rotation of the wheel. If the microswitch is even partially released during movement, the rotation count may not be detected correctly, causing error ER25.
- Replace it if malfunctioning.
• Check the proper operation of the geared motor via System Menu / OUTPUT TEST (During the output test, the door microswitch must be held down; otherwise, the test will not start). Replace it if malfunctioning.
