Stove Aqua Standby
Standby is one of the operating states of the stove and cannot be manually enabled or disabled: it activates automatically under certain conditions.
In the case of Aqua stoves [NG21], standby can be activated for two reasons:
- Ambient temperature: when the ambient temperature setpoint is exceeded by more than one degree above the set value.
- Water temperature: upon reaching the set water temperature value, the stove goes into modulation. If this value is exceeded by 4°C (default value of parameter D23 in the thermostats section), the stove enters standby.
Example: if the set water temperature is 65°C, the stove modulates at 65°C and goes into standby upon reaching 69°C.
It is possible to delay entering standby by adjusting parameter D23. Increasing the value of D23 will make the stove wait for a greater deviation before going into standby.
Warning: a D23 value that is too high can cause the stove to exceed safety temperatures. Upon reaching 85°C, the stove will lock.
