To activate the Room Thermostat (R.T.) in Aqua stoves, three parameters need to be changed: P99, A01, and T45.
The parameters P99 and A01 are located in the “System” menu under “Settings”, while the parameter T45 is found in the “Times” section.
Here are the configuration details:
SETTINGS:
P99
Factory default: 1
Set to 0 to invert the contact from N.O. (normally open) to N.C. (normally closed)
A01
Factory default: 1
0 → Switches from “Normal” to “Off” (on/off)
1 → Switches from “Normal” to “Modulation”
2 → Switches from “Normal” to “Stand-by”
4 → Switches from “Normal” to “Stand-by” with circulator lock (P1 - stove circulator)
TIMES:
- T45
Set to 0 to enable the R.T. function.
Also, it is necessary to disable the radio thermostat of the remote control.
To do this, enter the user menu, select the Settings section, then the Radio Thermostat option and set it to Off.
Check the correct electrical connection of the room thermostat (position IN9 on the control unit) and ensure there are no false contacts in the terminal block (red and black conductors) that could cause an improper heat request from the stove.
After completing the checks, proceed to verify the correct operation of the appliance.
Attention:
- In configuration 2, the settings A01 = 0 (on/off) and A01 = 3 (pump lock) are not recommended.
- In configurations 4, 10, and 11, do not use values A01 = 0, 1, 2, or 4 because in these cases the management of boiler ignition and shutdown is handled by the PUFFER sensor.
