Noise During Operation of the Aqua Stove
To identify the cause of any abnormal noises during the operation of the Aqua stove, it is recommended to carefully follow the steps below:
- Perform the output test
Access the system menu, select the Output Test option, and perform the test on all components to identify any component causing the noise.
Note: the output test must be performed with the stove in the OFF state.
- Check during operation
If no anomalies are detected during the output test, turn on the stove and check that the noise is not caused by installation issues, such as the chimney or air intake. - Check for thermal expansions
Check if the noise is generated by the thermal expansion of some components (for example, the igniter). - Check the hydraulic system
Make sure the noise is not coming from the system pipes. The use of expandable or flexible pipes that can cause vibrations is discouraged. - Inspect the auger
Check that there are no foreign objects in the auger that could cause abnormal noises. - Check pellet quality
Ensure that the pellet used is of adequate length and strength to avoid malfunctions and abnormal noises.
