If the end user changes the phone operator and replaces the modem dedicated to the Internet network, the 4HEAT APP may lose connection with the stove. In this case, it is necessary to perform the following procedure:
1. Removing the stove from the 4HEAT APP
- Open the 4HEAT APP and go to the HOME page.
- Locate the name of the registered stove.
- Perform a swipe to the left on the stove name; the SETTING menu will appear on the left side.
- Select Delete Device to remove the stove from the APP.
2. Reset of the emergency display (WIKEY)
- Press and hold the button marked with the circle for about 8 seconds.
- Press and hold the button marked with the arrow for about 8 seconds.
- At the end of the procedure, the WIKEY display will return to factory settings.
3. Reconfiguration of the 4HEAT APP
- Restart the configuration procedure in the 4HEAT APP following the standard instructions for adding a new device.
