Aqua Stove in NORMAL state – Irregular Combustion

Anomaly

In NORMAL mode, the Aqua stove may exhibit improper combustion.

The anomaly occurs when the smoke fan operates without following the encoder signal (and not only that), resulting in suboptimal management of the combustion process.

Resolution

To restore proper operation, the technician must proceed as follows:

1. Deactivate the FCS function by setting the parameter:
   A24 = 0
2. Perform manual combustion adjustment, following the instructions provided in the technical manual.
3. From the remote control, access the following path:
   SERVICE → SCREW CALIBRATION → FAN CALIBRATION

In this section, the following are available:

1.  
   • 7 increasing steps
   • 7 decreasing steps

The adjustment allows you to uniformly modify all power levels (screw and fan) by the same incremental or decremental value.

Parameter setting

For the control units PSYSS04000003 (NG21) and PSYSL01000263 (MB250), to deactivate the FCS function, set:

A24 = 0

This modification must be performed exclusively by qualified technical personnel, in compliance with the procedures outlined in the official technical manual.
