HYDRAULIC CONFIGURATION 0 (zero)
In Hydraulic Configuration 0 (zero), the Aqua Moretti Design stove or boiler is connected directly to the existing heating terminal system (radiators, fan coils, etc.), without the insertion of additional hydraulic management devices.
In this configuration:
The machine, upon reaching the set water temperature, can enter standby mode depending on the temperature detected by the generator.
If the radio thermostat is activated from the remote control
(User Menu → Settings → Radio Thermostat → set to ON), the machine does not enter standby on room request but switches exclusively to power modulation.
To obtain different operating modes (ON/OFF shutdown, controlled standby, pump lock, etc.), it is necessary to install a wired room thermostat (clean contact) and configure the related machine parameters as described in the following sections.
INSTALLATION OF ROOM THERMOSTAT (R/T – clean contact)
It is possible to install a room thermostat (R/T – clean contact) by making the following parameter settings.
Connect the thermostat wires to the back of the machine, at the terminal identified with the symbol “T”.
SYSTEM MENU – SETTINGS
Parameter P99
- P99 = 1 (factory setting)
- P99 = 0 → Inverts the contact from N.O. (Normally Open) to N.C. (Normally Closed)
Parameter A01
Defines the machine's response mode to the thermostat request:
- A01 = 1 (factory setting) → from Normal to Modulation
- A01 = 0 → from Normal to Shutdown (ON/OFF)
- A01 = 2 → from Normal to Standby
- A01 = 4 → from Normal to Standby with pump lock (P1)
SYSTEM MENU – TIMES
Parameter T45
- T45 = 0 → Set this value to enable the Room Thermostat (R/T) function
IMPORTANT NOTE
If a wired room thermostat is installed, it is necessary to disable the radio thermostat of the remote control.
Procedure:
User Menu → Settings → Radio Thermostat → set to OFF.

| R: | RETURN |
Example:
Anti-freeze Thermostat Th18 = 5 °C,
Pump Activation Thermostat Th19 = 53 °C,
Sanitary Thermostat_1 Th20 = 50 °C,
Sanitary Thermostat_2 Th21 = 72 °C
Pump Activation Logic (P1)
- The Pump (P1) activates when the water temperature exceeds the thermostat value Th20 (50 °C).
- For anti-freeze function, the Pump (P1) automatically activates when the water temperature falls below the thermostat value Th18 (5 °C), to prevent freezing of the circuit.
- For safety reasons, if the water temperature exceeds the thermostat value Th21 (72 °C), the Pump (P1) remains always active, regardless of the machine's operating state.
