HYDRAULIC CONFIGURATION 6 (six)

Hydraulic Configuration 6 represents an advanced plant solution for integrating an Aqua Moretti Design stove or boiler with complex or existing systems. In this configuration, the thermal generator is connected to a plate heat exchanger, which functions as a hydraulic separator between the primary and secondary circuits.

Operation

The system consists of two distinct circuits:

• Primary circuit: connected to the Aqua Moretti Design stove or boiler
• Secondary circuit: connected to the distribution system (radiators, radiant panels, etc.)

The plate heat exchanger allows the transfer of thermal energy between the two circuits without direct contact between the fluids.

Operational notes:

SYSTEM MENU - SETTINGS - Parameter P26 = 6

• Connect pump P2 to pins 16 (N) - 18 (F_on)
• Parameter Th19 = 53 °C (factory setting) Thermostat activation for pump P2 (230V - 50 Hz)

Room Thermostat (R.T.) Configuration 

SYSTEM MENU - SETTINGS               

• Parameter P99 = 1 (factory setting)
• Parameter P99 = 0 to invert the contact from N.O. (normally Open) to N.C. (normally Closed)

SYSTEM MENU - SETTINGS 

• Parameter A01 = 0 operation status changes from Normal to Off and from Off to On
• Parameter A01 = 1 (factory setting) operation status changes from Normal to Modulation
• Parameter A01 = 2 operation status changes from Normal to Stand-by (on/off)
• Parameter A01 = 3  pump lock 
• Parameter A01 = 4 operation status changes from Normal to Stand-by and Pump Lock
   

SYSTEM MENU - TIMES

• Parameter T45 = 0 Set the following value to enable the R.T. function

* WHEN AN EXTERNAL THERMOSTAT IS ACTIVATED, REMEMBER TO DISABLE THE RADIO REMOTE THERMOSTAT FUNCTION.
