For requests related to spare parts orders, component availability, or technical urgencies, the customer must perform the search directly on the Xpare spare parts portal.
If the component is not present, not available, or there are doubts about compatibility, it is necessary to send a detailed request to the address supportoclienti@morettidesign.it indicating:
- product model
- serial number
- requested component
- any photos of the spare part or product label
The request will be handled by technical support
